I have paid 96$ on February 25th for a bouquet of flowers, balloons and a vase to be delivered to my friend on March 1st.It was supposed to be a surprise, but it was all ruined because this *** company failed to deliver the flowers on the day and I had to call my friend to ask.

I called them and they said they will deliver the flowers the next day. I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered, but ALL LIES. I called my friends and they assured me that there were no flowers and they have been at home THE WHOLE DAY. I called customer service several time to no avail.

They just said they can't do anything about it. Their customer service employees were extremely rude. IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE FROM ***.

And looking at the number of complaints online and the low ratings I can tell this is a fake company.It's a scam to get your money for a service you will never get.
