They sent dead flowers!!! The bouquet was not even close to the picture shown on the website. Not even the color and roses were dead. The delivery came late at night, although I ordered them a few days ahead. It was very embarrassing as I ordered the flowers for my mother-in-law anniversary.

After chasing them for over a month (not responding at all or sending what looks like an automatic reply, which doesn't even answer the questions you ask), they sent an email that they will issue a refund withing 7-9 business days.

It has now been over 3 weeks, and I still didn't get my money back.

They just not responding to my emails anymore.

This is the worst customer serves I ever had to deal with.

Product or Service Mentioned: Pickupflowers Bouquet.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $55.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service.
